*Effective February 16, 2022, if an administrator adds a doctoral degree from an accredited university to their South Carolina State Department of Education certificate, the employee will be paid the difference between their Master's degree plus 30 hours salary base and their doctoral degree salary base utilizing the Cherokee County School District Teacher Scale.
